Hi there! I’m Jessica Luu.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve designed products for many different businesses and industries. But wherever my career has taken me, I’ve always been an advocate for ethical design, a champion for the user, and a leader other designers can depend on.
I want my work to contribute to a more sustainable and equitable world. As a designer, I know that the products I help create touch people’s lives in profound, often immeasurable ways. That said, if we do right by the user, users will enjoy using the product and profits will follow.
As a leader in design, I believe a nurturing environment drives innovation. To that end, I foster a safe and inclusive workspace where team members are encouraged to ask questions without fear and are empowered to make bold creative decisions.
Outside of work, I’m currently training for my first marathon in 10 years — a personal reminder of the value of patience, consistency, and long-term thinking.
